Shipping Schedule
Shipment takes place every business day expect public holidays in the country of dispatch.
In this case, you will receive the tracking code from us by e-mail 1-2 weeks after the order status changes to “Shipped”
Please contact us if there is no tracking after this time.
Average Delivery Time
• 3-10 business days inside Europe
The delivery time for orders sent by post without tracking may exceed 20 business days.
We cannot change the recipient’s address after the order has been shipped.

Returns & Replacements
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, simply notify us so we can arrange an exchange it or offer store credit.
Due to the nature of the business, once your order has left our facility you will not qualify for any refund or return, so please bear in mind that all sales are FINAL.
Guaranteed Delivery
If by any chance, your tracked order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, you’ll qualify for a free reship. However, if the product has been confiscated by customs, due to you not checking the legalities correctly, you will not qualify for any reimbursement.
Please note that we DO NOT offer a reship service to several high risk countries. This is due to the higher proportion of customs confiscations, you order from these countries at your own risk.
