Description
The synthetic cannabinoid 4F-MDMB-BINACA, often referred to as MDMB-4F-BINACA, 4F-MDMB-BUTINACA, or 4F-ADB, is based on indoles and belongs to the indazole-3-carboxamide family It has been marketed as a designer medication since late 2018 and used as an active component in synthetic cannabis products. It is unknown if 4F-MDMB-BINACA is selective for the CB1 receptor, however it is an agonist of the receptor (EC50 = 7.39 nM)[6].[7] The UNODC published scheduling recommendations in December 2019 that put 4F-MDMB-BINACA in Schedule II globally. A very strong cannabinoid is recommended. Not for human use only for research!
