Description

The synthetic cannabinoid 5F-MDMB-PINACA, often referred to as MDMB-5F-PINACA or 5F-ADB, is based on indoles and belongs to the indazole-3-carboxamide family It has been marketed as a designer medication since late 2018 and used as an active component in synthetic cannabis products. It is unknown if 4F-MDMB-BINACA is selective for the CB1 receptor, however it is an agonist of the receptor (EC50 = 7.39 nM). A very strong cannabinoid is recommended.
